Regular visits are a necessary part of your treatment plan. Generally, we will want to see patients in braces every 6 to 8 weeks, and patients in Invisalign every 10 to 12 weeks – to check progress and make any necessary adjustments.
During the course of your treatment, you will need to:
- Keep appointments
- Follow instructions, and;
- Practice good oral hygiene!
It is important to note that during your orthodontic treatment, you should continue to visit your dentist for regular cleanings and cavity checkups to check on the health of your teeth and gums.
We run a tight ship when it comes to appointment scheduling as we know that our patients have busy days (whether it be school, work or other obligations)! We make every effort for you to be seen on time and we ask that you do the same.
Patients are seen by appointment only. If, for whatever reason, you aren’t able to make your appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible to reschedule, as most appointments are made 6 to 8 weeks in advance.
